Open Question: Does anyone know of a international soccer tournament for youth players that is being held in Bolivia in 2011?

I was listening to the radio and I heard that there is going to be a soccer tournament like in January of 2011 or something like that and it was going to be held in Bolivia. I was listening and they said that teams come from all over the world or something and they said their is some u15 team in Virginia who is holding tryouts and they will go to the tournament also and I really want to know if anyone knows anything at all about this tournament or anything similar to this tournament.
